some researchers at the University of Massachusetts can find an "fleas" (bugs) that came with default browser in Samsung Galaxy S III. This Bug can make users pay reportedly pulse is more expensive than normal.
According to researchers at Emmanuel Cecchet, Robert Sims, he Xin and Prashant Saeed makes this bug the browser downloads the image more than it should and also the increase of the processing time of a page. Both make the required internet bandwidth increases.
The Bug they found while testing the application benchmark Quality of Experience (QoE) to the results on the IEEE Symposium in Montreal, Canada, this week.
"While our results across multiple devices and networks to trace from Wikipedia, we realized significantly higher latency for smart phone Samsung S3, either in a network of Wi-Fi and 3 g," wrote the researchers quoted by phone Arena, Wednesday (5/6/2013).
The cause of the problem, according to the researchers, is the Quartet srcset HTML that allows mobile devices to images with the right size for a device to download. On the Galaxy, srcset HTML-S3 download all images that produces a longer load time and of course the use of a larger data packets.
This problem does not affect all products since srcset is being prepared (design) and is used in all products.
Don't want exposed for this bug, we recommend using a different browser, in addition to the standard Android browser, such as Firefox and Chrome.
