Facebook, the largest social networking sites nowadays is facing a class action lawsuit by the users.
As reported by Mashable, Saturday (28/1/2013), a number of owners of Facebook account claim that social networking sites have been using their image without permission for the purposes of advertising.
Facebook also have acknowledged their mistakes and preparing to pay money "peace" by 20 million dollars, which will be distributed evenly to the claimant.

However, there is a bad news for those who plan to carry out the prosecution. When the number of people who register the exceed capacity, Facebook will not give money to the plaintiff for such fines, but to not-for-profit organisations.
